Can you switch from being at the mercy of change, to instead become a creator of change?
Today’s successful teams can pivot and move together as one as they seize emerging opportunities. Sharon Wilks from WellWorkers Programs now offers the “Change Your Mind, Create New Results” course that empowers leaders and teams to implement change.
WellWorkers Programs empower employees to feel better and perform at their best.
The pace of change is ever-increasing, presenting more challenges to adapt and thrive.
Wellness in the workplace often isn’t a priority. Until it is.
We need not wait for disaster or diagnosis before giving wellness the attention it deserves.
Stress is the biggest expense to business in time off work for sick leave; and the number one reason to visit the GP. What if the costs of stress in ill-health, disengagement, and strained relationships could be avoided? Many of us weren’t taught topics like self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and how to manage change in traditional education. These skills enable people to self-manage, and to excel at work.
WellWorkers Programs empower teams and leaders to be well,
and put their best foot forward at work and in life.

Outcomes include:
- Better health
- Improved relationships
- More team cohesion
- Enhanced focus
- Increased creativity
- Less stress-induced illness
- Increased productivity

Topics include:
- Neuroscience of change
- Leading Well
- Building Resilience
- Emotional Intelligence
- Leveraging Strengths
- Positive Psychology
- Mindfulness
- Mental Health First Aid
Why?
Gallup estimates that low engagement costs the Australian economy AU$211 billion, or 9% of Australia’s GDP. Forty-eight percent of Australian employees say they experienced a lot of stress the previous day. One in five Australians (21%) have taken time off work in the past 12 months because they felt stressed, anxious, depressed or mentally unhealthy. This statistic is more than twice as high (46%) among those who consider their workplace mentally unhealthy.
How much is this costing your business?
In workplaces that employees consider mentally healthy, self-reported absenteeism as a result of experiencing mental ill-health is dramatically reduced (13%). Gallup’s analysis of workers globally finds that when employees are thriving at work, they report significantly lower stress in their lives.

It makes sense to support your teams before they become unwell.
WellWorkers Programs are designed to empower employees and leaders to take responsibility for their wellbeing and relationships; and to equip them with skills and strategies to build and maintain their wellness so they can maximise individual and organisational outcomes with vigour and focus.
Organisations that successfully attract and retain the best talent are committed to developing their teams.

“Sharon delivered a number of mindfulness sessions to Commonwealth Bank employees. She was very understanding of the challenges faced in the corporate world and facilitated the sessions to address those challenges. Sharon’s balance of mindfulness techniques was useful for beginners and experienced mindfulness practitioners and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. I cannot recommend Sharon highly enough to any organisation that is seeking to improve its employees’ wellbeing, in particular stress management.“

“I had the recent pleasure of listening to Sharon present at the AHRI Wellness Network Forum on the topic of ‘Overcoming Negativity’. Sharon was so generous in the information and tips that she shared (many of which I have implemented with great results since!) and is a lovely, warm and engaging presenter. I’d highly recommend Sharon as a speaker at your next event.”
“Big Day Out was a great day for connecting with colleagues and thinking about my overall wellness and how I can improve it. The agenda items and activities were a well-balanced mix of reflective, informative, and physical activities (I refer here to the drumming activity which was awesome!) which helped me think about my wellness from a range of perspectives and concrete actions I can take to improve it. The wellness manifesto I completed by the end of the day helped me to commit to key actions I will take over the next couple of months.”
